General Shipping Policy

Our shipping charges are based on standard FedEx rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done, click on "save changes, go to check out." Enter your zip code, then click on "save changes, show new total." This will display all available shipping costs. offers FedEx Freight shipping to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped inside the United States.

To help keep shipping costs as low as possible, we use Fedex ground and Fedex express shipping for orders under 150 lbs. For over sized and items above 150 lbs, FedEx Freight is used. This reduced shipping rate is calculated automatically when an order reaches the appropriate weight.

To ship outside the United States, please contact a customer representative for freight quotes.

Return Policy

A customer may return unwanted products within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Product returned must be in new, unused and undamaged condition – as new products without modification or repackaging.  Customer shall pay twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee plus original shipping costs on any returned parts.  Parts shall be returned freight prepaid.  No returns will be accepted after the thirty (30) day period has expired.  Any special manufactured or purchased items are not returnable for any reason.

Any item shipped in error by the seller (i.e. incorrect part) can be returned for full refund. Seller will arrange pick up and the correct part will be shipped on a different order. A Return Material Authorization must be issued by seller. No returns will be accepted after the thirty (30) day period has expired. 

Where custom products or services are involved, customer shall be responsible for all related work in progress.  However, seller shall take reasonable steps to mitigate damages immediately upon receipt of a written cancellation notice from customer.

A Return Material Authorization number must be obtained from seller prior to return of any products.  Seller may terminate any order if representations made by customer to seller are false or misleading.  Changes to orders shall not be binding upon or be put into effect by seller unless confirmed in writing by seller’s appropriate representative. 

Upon return, the item(s) will be inspected for damage, wear, or use before a refund will be issued. If item is not returned in the same order it was received, a refund will not be issued. 

Note: Any item returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund!
